My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not so great experiences. While the rooms were in desperate need of an update, our room was awesome after a day on the trails. The service was extremely friendly, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. The location in beautiful Cadillac was peaceful, but some parts could use improvement. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable thanks to the recent renovations by the new owners. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were extremely personable and friendly. However, there was an incident by the pool where a staff member was a bit rude when telling kids to leave, despite parents being nearby. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
